Admission is governed by the rules that apply across the province. In British Columbia, gambling is limited to adults aged 19 and over. Since 26 June 2023, each person entering a B.C. casino has been required to present a physical, government-issued photo ID on arrival. Copies and photos of an ID are not accepted.

At the entrance, security staff scan each ID and check it against the list of individuals barred from gambling facilities, which includes people enrolled in Game Break. No personal information is kept about guests who are admitted.

The floor holds more than 500 slot machines, along with live table games and a selection of electronic table games. Poker is not offered, as the casino has no poker room.
